With a Life Coach you gain a partner who assists you in determining what your goals are, your current reality, obstacles and the actions you need to take to attain your goals.
Please note that your Coach does not provide counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis or any other form of mental health care treatment or therapy, nor is it to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, medical, financial, business or other qualified professionals. Here too, your coach may be able to recommend suitably qualified individuals to assist you.
