Pasta Shells with Mushroom Sauce
Ingredients:
225g mushrooms 30 g butter 1Tbsp flour 420ml Milk Salt and Pepper 1 packet pasta shells
Method:
Clean and chop mushrooms roughly. Melt butter in a saucepan and add mushrooms. Fry for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute. Reduce the heat, and add milk gradually, stirring continuously. Bring to the boil and cook for 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Cook pasta until tender but firm. Rins in hot water and drain well. Place in a warmed serving dish, and pour over mushroom sauce. Serve Immediately
