Quick and easy Bacon Arribiata and Pasta |

Got in late from work and you need a quick meal that's warm and tasty try our quick and easy bacon arribiata recipe
Ingredients:
1 onion 1 pack Chopped bacon 450g Ripe tomatoes (or 1 tin chopped tomotoes) chilli peppers to taste 25ml Tbsp oil 1 packet Spaghetti
Method:
Slice the onion thinly, peel tomotoes and remove the seeds and pulp. Chop the tomotoe flesh into rough chunks. Keep the juices from the seeds and pulp for the sauce later. Dice the chilli pepper. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion and bacon together until the onion is transparent. Drain off the excess fat and add the tomotoes and chilli and mix well. Simmer the sauce, uncovered, gently for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook the Spagetti to your liking and mix with the sauce, top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
